“ I am very pleased to write this review as by far, after staying in Firenze for three weeks, Osteria de'Cicalini is by far the best restaurant we have eaten at. What first caught my eye walking by was the bright, bohemian rustic vibe. Our host greeted us immediately and was attentive to our every need. We started with an absolutely delicious pear and honey burrata, followed by a Pici cacio pepe dish that was fantastic. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that is in the central Firenze area. ”

We went 1 night while looking around for a good dinner and it succeeded at every level; from drinks, to apps, to mains, and finally dessert. Everything was so good and we couldn't stop thinking about it, that we returned the following night. Trying some new items we actually had a better meal than the night before. The service from a young gentleman was very friendly and genuine, which is hard to come by in a touristy city like this. The environment is nice and quiet with a good selection of wines. The table bread was soft and paired well with their own brand of olive oil, which tasted wonderful. The mushroom and truffle risotto tasted good but lacked a bit of depth in flavor, in my opinion. My partner found the chicken breast very tender, and you can choose from three types of sauces. All in all, if you want decent food with kind service in a quiet environment, give this place a try. ”
